Booking’s Terms and Conditions:
- Electricity, bedlinen, towels (not beach towels), unlimited wi-fi, toiletries are included in the price.
- Each booking is for a minimum of 7 nights.
- Change-over is on Saturday.
- Arrival time is after 4:00pm; Departure time is by 10:00am.
- A deposit of £100 is required at time of booking, with the balance of the rental required one month prior to the reserved start date. Payment is by bank transfer only at present time (we regret we are unable to take cards).
- In the event of a cancellation up to a month prior to the reserved start date, we will refund your deposit. However, if you cancel within a month of the reserved start date and we are unable to resell that week, then a charge of 50% of the total rental due will be payable. You are strongly advised to take out holiday cancellation insurance to protect yourself against such an eventuality.
- A refundable security deposit of £100 is required for your stay. This amount must be paid alongside your final balance payment. The deposit covers loss, breakage or damage to the property. The deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days of your departure, provided no loss or damage is found and the property is left in a clean and orderly condition.
